The Philadelphia Eagles moved to 9-7 on the year with a big Week 17 victory over the Washington Football Team. While Eagles fan were understandably in a celebratory mood following the W, it almost resulted in disaster for the NFC East squad.
Jalen Hurts was making his way to the locker room at FedExField when he was met at the stands by a bunch of Eagles fans, hands outstretched in hopes of a high five. Unfortunately… uh… the field wasn’t ready for that.
Luckily no one appeared to be seriously injured, and the video wrapped up with a lot of smiles and selfies from the excited fans. Hurts, to his credit, played along and posed for photos before security came to escort him back to safety.
