Jets goalies team up with agent to give out goalie sticks to kids in the Winnipeg area

Christmas came a little early for some young goalies in the Winnipeg area.

Thanks to Jets goalies Connor Hellebuyck and Eric Comrie, as well as NHLPA agent Ray Petkau, 20 aspiring goalies in and around Winnipeg received a brand new Bauer or True Hockey goalie stick.
 

Petkau sent out the message on Twitter on Thursday and it didn’t take very long for him to find families to give the sticks to.
 

Petkau and the Jets goalies stepped up in a massive way this holiday season.
