The Kansas City Chiefs are potentially on their way to winning back-to-back titles!

Kansas City will be playing in their third straight AFC championship game when they host the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. The Chiefs are only one win away from a trip back to the Super Bowl for their second straight season.

Even though they still have to get past the Bills, the Kansas City Mayor, Quinton Lucas, seems pretty confident that his team will not only win that game, but also bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy for the second year in a row.

On Tuesday, Mayor Lucas told the Kansas City Star that a classic Super Bowl parade would be "highly unlikely". Obviously this isn't a surprise to anyone, as there’s still a world-wide pandemic going on. What’s shocking is the fact that the Chiefs still are two games away from even earning a parade! Last season was KC’s first Super Bowl win in 50 years, but Mayor Lucas is already thinking of ways to celebrate before knowing if they’re even in the finals.

Just seems a little bold to assume a win this early! Good luck to the Chiefs and Bills on Sunday in the AFC Championship!
