Cousins ended up playing against his former team once last season when the Kings paid a visit to the Pelicans and Boogie put together a huge performance as he finished with 37 points, 13 rebounds, four assists and three steals in a 118-89 victory. On Thursday night, Cousins made his first return to Sacramento since being traded and it went exactly as you would have imagined.

The Kings played a Cousins video tribute during one of the timeouts in the first quarter and the former fifth overall pick got a standing ovation from the Kings faithful.

During his time in Sacramento, Cousins averaged 21.1 points, 10.8 rebounds, three assists, 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks per game in 470 games.
