Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix was a wild ride from start to finish, and for one little F1 fan in particular, it was an emotional roller coaster with incredible highs and overwhelming lows.

Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen's day came to an end on the very first lap at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya after his front left wheel broke away from the suspension following a collision with Max Verstappen. While the news certainly wasn't great for Ferrari, it was seemingly devastating for a young fan in the crowd who couldn't help but cry.

Of course, all was well in the end, as Raikkonen managed to cheer the little guy up by personally paying him a visit and gifting him his racing cap. Unfortunately for Ferrari, they were bested by Mercedes once again, with Lewis Hamilton capturing the checkered flag to close the gap between him and Sebastian Vettel to 6 points in the driver standings.
