It’s a different energy in the city of Toronto right now. The Raptors are in the Finals, and you can feel the excitement anywhere — even at Blue Jays games, where the crowd broke out into a ‘Let’s Go Raptors’ chant before the Game 6 clincher against the Bucks.

Now, Jays pitchers Marcus Stroman and Ken Giles have the whole team showing love. When they departed on their road trip following Sunday’s win against the Padres, the Jays were rocking their ‘We the North’ shirts, bright and bold.

It’s going to be a tough one for the Raps in the Finals, opposite the Golden State Warriors. Nevertheless, Stroman is riding with Toronto.

We love it. It’s an exciting time to be a Raptors fan, or to be in the city at all, or to be a Canadian with any vested interest in hoops north of the border. These are historic moments.

Seriously. The streets are wild!
