Growing up playing baseball, every kid dreams of making it to the big leagues. In such a highly-saturated sport, it can prove to be extremely hard to do. Even if you’ve got the talent, you need the opportunity, and you need to somehow get past the vast pool of players already in the MLB, and a bunch more competing to get there.

When you finally get the call, it can be a pretty emotional moment. All the hard work, the hours spent in the cage or on the mound, the time spent in the gym getting stronger; all of it comes flooding forward in one intense moment of glory, relief, and gratification.

Sometimes us non-big-leaguers are lucky enough to experience the moment for ourselves, through the power of the internet.
