Since his diagnosis earlier this season, the entire hockey community has rallied around the Flyers’ Oskar Lindblom throughout the course of his battle against cancer.
Last week, hockey fans saw Lindblom take to the ice for the first time since the news broke.
This was a really encouraging sight, and the news only gets better.
Today, the Flyers shared a video of Lindblom ringing the bell for the end of his treatment, and we may need a tissue.
Oskar showed his heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare heroes who treated him with a signed jersey, and it was an amazing scene all together.
We can’t wait to see Oskar back on the ice soon, and we’re so happy to see his health progress.
