After hearing about the police brutality against Jacob Blake, the Milwaukee Bucks decided to take a strong stance, boycotting their game against the Orlando Magic.

Fellow teammates and players across the NBA followed suit which quickly reached across the entire sports world with teams cancelling and postponing games to bring awareness and demand something to be done about social and racial injustice and against police brutality.

It wasn't just the players and athletes that were getting involved, coaches, staff, and referees also did their part to stand in unity with the movement to demand change and support the NBA and WNBA players' decision for social justice.

In addition, they wrote a letter to Adam Silver outlining the great work that is being done by the NBA but also mentioning more that could be done to combat police brutality and systemic racism in America. They will also be spending time calling local officials demanding justice.

Adam Silver did respond, wholeheartedly supporting the NBA and WNBA's decisions.
