Things are HEATING UP over in Florida.

Through two games, the Panthers vs. Lightning series has been nothing but entertaining and it hasn’t taken long to take spot as the league’s number one battle so far. It’s had everything… goals, saves, and yes, some taunting. We always love us some good trash-talking and Patrick Maroon delivered the goods with one of the guttier moves we’ve seen in the playoffs so far. As Panthers players left the ice, Patty did a little chicken dance for them.

Take a look:

Not much Panthers players can say after dropping game 2 3-1… not an ideal position to be in heading back to Tampa.

The Lightning entered the series as the lower-ranked seed but appear to be in 2020 form after getting Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos back in the lineup. Stammer opened the scoring in the win, following a two-goal performance from Kuch in Game 1. To say the Lightning are feeling confident right now is a bit of an understatement.

We can’t wait to see what happens next when both teams head back to T Bay. Keep the dancing going, Patty!
