The 2016 third overall pick swapped places with the 2016 second overall pick and just like that, has been given a clean slate in one of the NHL’s most passionate markets. New city, new home, and yes, new Instagram picture. The IG pic is really a player’s way of letting fans know what they’re all about, and we can assure you that PLD delivered with his latest picture change.
If you like Star Wars then you’ll especially be a fan of this one. There’s something about Baby Yoda in a Jets jersey that looks a little… strange?

To clarify, Duber will not be wearing number 18 this season. Instead, he’s taking one on that was previously worn by a famous Jet in the past. The Finnish flash himself!
Dubois is currently quarantining in Winnipeg but is expected to join the Jets’ lineup soon. Who knows, maybe Winnipeg will do a Star Wars themed night and combine PLD’s two loves into one?!
