We all have those guilty pleasure reality shows that we JUST CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF. While these shows come in all shapes and sizes, all themes and genres, there may not be another show that sits more comfortably in the “Guilty Pleasure” category than Love Island.

A hit show in the U.K. for five seasons now, is a show where young competitors gather into a secluded villa and are tasked with “coupling up” while competing in challenges and avoid being left as the single outkast leaving the tropical setting. While many would scoff at the thought of watching it, a few episodes in and many would be wondering whether Zac and Elizabeth are the real deal. Will Caro ever find a new connection? Who are these new Islanders that have arrived at the villa!?

Apparently Columbus Blue Jackets forward Pierre-Luc Dubois can relate, and speaking with Jackets’ team reporter Jeff Svoboda he used Love Island as an example of how seemingly innocent pressures can really affect a sleep schedule.

Call it a guilty pleasure, but Dubois shows absolutely no guilt here. Do you, man! He got a lot of love from some Twitter users who could relate to the rabbit hole mentality.
