Roy Halladay meant so much to the city of Toronto, not just Blue Jays fans.

Who he was as a person transcended the sport of baseball, and on Tuesday night after his tragic passing, that fact was on display as the Raptors held a moment of silence for Halladay before their game against the Bulls.
