The Toronto Raptors are NBA Champions, and with that comes a lot of respect. For example, the Dinos are set to host a game on Christmas – considered to be a big honour in the NBA – for the first time in franchise history.
They also have established themselves even more firmly on a worldwide scale, so it was no surprise when it was announced the team would be travelling to Japan to showcase their game in back to back clashes with James Harden, Russell Westbrook, and the new-look Houston Rockets.
Ahead of the match, the Raps got fans hyped up by releasing a cartoon promotion in the style of anime – a popular form of illustration in Japan.
