The CFL has always been a league in which creative celebrations were encouraged, so a lot of the most elaborate we’ve ever seen have come from north of the border.
Tonight, another one was added to the list.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders are putting up big offensive numbers against the Hamilton Tiger Cats and their entire receiving corps is getting involved. Seven different players have receptions and two different players have touchdown grabs. After Naaman Roosevelt’s 23-yard TD reception, the entire receiving corps (Roosevelt, Duron Carter, Bakari Grant, Caleb Holley and Devon Bailey) celebrated like they were in ‘A Night at the Roxbury’.
What’s up?
That’s one of the best celebrations we’ve ever seen. Of course, for years we’ve been dreaming that Kessel, Crosby and Malkin would pull off something similar, but this is close to as good.
