Amanda Nunes may have dominated Ronda Rousey in the Octagon, but Rousey absolutely pummeled Nunes in the payday department .

It really should come as no surprise that Rousey collected a bigger pay cheque after the UFC 207 fight, as Rousey was the main draw. But the gigantic gap between the two fighter's pay cheque is certainly interesting to note. As noted by MMA Junkie, Rousey cashed in a cool $3 million after her 48 second TKO loss, Nunes on the other hand got considerably less.

Rousey, a small favorite heading into the fight, is slated for a flat payday of $3 million. Opponent Nunes, meanwhile, is slated for a $100,000 purse. Unlike Rousey, who isn’t eligible for a win bonus, Nunes can earn an extra $100,000 if victorious.

That final tally leaves Nunes with a $200,000 payday versus Rousey’s $3 million. Again, Rousey was definitely the reason the majority of viewers tuned in and spent their money on the PPV, but that gap between the two purses is retty crazy to look at on paper. For those keeping score at home, Rousey earned $62,500 for every second she spent in the Octagon.
