Jalen Ramsey has been in the news a lot lately for saying some pretty outrageous things. After claiming that he could make the NFL with six months of training, hockey fans will be happy to know that some NHLers have decided to fire back.
In the first week of the season, Ramsey has decided to make a statement of a different type, taking to the field with some pretty sweet kicks. Fans of the original DC Comics run or of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy are going to like this. (Fans of Ben Affleck’s Batman don’t exist.)
Thematically, we’re not sure what’s up with the leopard print randomly added on to the toe of the shoe, but aesthetically, it still rules.
As you could expect though, Ramsey had plenty to say on the field too. After lowering for a tackle on Giants rookie Saquon Barkley, the two got tangled up for a bit of trash talk.
Maybe Ramsey should go get himself a pair of Joker cleats. We would love to see that.
