The Arizona Coyotes are in the midst of a five day break between game days, and decided to have a little fun by inviting a football playing friend to practice on Monday. The football player was none other than Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, and to make matters even more fun, Fitz admitted he had never skated in his life before taking the ice with the professional hockey team.

Shane Doan and Fitzgerald are friends, and the forward took Fitzgerald under his wing and taught him a thing or two about the game.

We give Fitz a lot of credit for lacing up the skates and heading out onto the ice with the team knowing he would be struggling to stay upright.

But he's no J.J. Watt...
