Sidney Crosby is one of, if not the best hockey player on the planet and a big reason why he's been able to maintain his spot at the top throughout the course of his career is his work ethic and dedication to his craft.

A strict routine and being a creature of habit is part of that work ethic and as the Penguins showcased for the rest of the hockey world, Crosby is the ultimate creature of habit and routine.

At age 33, Crosby is showing no signs of slowing down and after a disappointing loss to Montreal, in the bubble, the Penguins have a big chip on their shoulder heading into the season.
