@rjbarrett's message to Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

R.J.โ€™s father, Rowan, is a retired professional basketball player who was a member of the Canadian Olympic team at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, and is really good friends with Steve Nash. Theyโ€™re so close that Nash is actually R.J.โ€™s godfather, so you can bet the two-time NBA MVP and eight-time NBA All-Star had some nice words for his godson after his decision.

Considering R.J. has been learning from Nash since a young age, itโ€™s no surprise that the 17-year-old is a top-ranked prospect heading into his freshman college year.
