A Florida man remarkably only (key word ONLY) suffered a fractured wrist and torn biceps after a mishap on a hang gliding adventure in Switzerland went south.

Chris Gursky posted an astonishing video of himself along with a pilot gliding over the Swiss Alps.

Starting on a mountain roughly 4,000 feet in the sky, the pilot failed to attach Gursky's harness to the hand glider before the two took off. What happened next is truly amazing in the sense that Gurksy was able to hang on for dear life.

Gursky managed to hold on to the apparatus for what was the longest two minutes and 14 seconds of his life, resulting in the torn biceps; the crashed landing caused Gursky to fracture his wrist.

As Gurksy mentioned in the video, that was the first day of his trip to Switzerland, and the first time he's ever hand-gilded in his life.

"I will go hang gliding again as I did not get to enjoy my first flight."

Never once before has a sight been simultaneously so scary and beautiful. We glad Chris is all right and we wish him the utmost safety in his next hand glide.
