Sports franchises are always coming up with different ways to entertain the fans in attendance during breaks in the action, but the best ideas are the ones that involve dogs.
On Wednesday night, the ECHL’s Atlanta Gladiators tried something new during their game by hosting their first ever wiener dog race during a break in the game.
The team held three different races throughout the night which featured more than 30 dogs, and the ultimate winner was Weagle and owner Katie Ford.
We’re all for teams using dogs for their in-game entertainment and we hope they never stop.
