December is almost here and with it will come snow and outdoor hockey.

Obviously nobody enjoys driving in the snow or shovelling it, but playing hockey in it, or simply playing hockey outside in the winter is a magical experience that brings everyone back to simpler times.

The first outdoor hockey game of the season in the NHL will be in December this year as the Canadiens and Senators take their rivalry outdoors in order to celebrate 100 years of hockey.

They’re here. The @canadiensmtl and @senators’ #NHL100 Classic jerseys have arrived.

The game will be played in Ottawa and as fantastic as the jerseys are for both teams, the tickets for the game are a collector's item any hockey fan would want for their collection.

Each and every time we see something new in regards to this game, whether it be tickets or pads a goalie playing in the game will wear, we get that much more excited.

The game is still a little while away, but we can't wait to see how beautiful the rink looks when the two teams finally square off.
