The Calgary Stampeders are back on top of the Canadian football world.

The Stamps took care of business tonight with a dominant 27-16 performance over the Ottawa Redblacks at Commonwealth Stadium. The victory comes just two years after the two clubs met in the 104th Grey Cup, which belonged to former quarterback Henry Burris and his then-Ottawa teammates. It was all stamps from the get-go, as Calgary held a lead for the game’s entirety.

Bo Levi was ultiumately named the game’s MVP. It wasn’t the American’s best performance, however his two touchdowns and 253 yards were enough to squeak by. The announcement comes just two days after being named the league's Most outstanding player.

All kinds of praise about Mitchell and his teammates flooded the internet following the win.

There were too many good moments after the game. Players gave emotional speeches and one even hopped on a horse. But the best one of the night went to Alex Singleton, who embraced his sister Ashley after the victory. Ashley was born with down syndrome and looks to be her brother's biggest fan.

Tonight is one the guys in red will remember for the rest of their lives.
