DeMar DeRozan has boasted one of the coolest Kobe shoe collections ever since he first joined the NBA.
Being a top-tier Nike athlete, DeRozan has a number of unique perks that set him apart from the other players around the league that sport Kobe sneakers, including custom Player Exclusive colourways.
Last week, DeRozan sported a pair of Nike Zoom Protro PE's when the Raptors took on the Celtics at the Air Canada Centre. The shoe was exclusively available at both the House of Hoops store in Toronto and New York.
Pretty awesome shoe, right? Well, unfortunately that seems to be the general consensus, as the price of the shoe has skyrocketed on the secondary-market due to the high demand and low supply.
How much has it jumped to....oh about $1200-$2000 on eBay.
Sadly, that's just the way things go with exclusive sneakers. You either have to lineup, have a hookup or pay big bucks.
