The NHL Draft is happening in Vancouver this weekend, with the entire hockey world watching. While fans and analysts are debating about where Cole Caufield should be drafted, there were two guys in attendance simply enjoying the experience.

That would be the beloved Sedin twins.

Daniel and Henrik Sedin were lifetime Vancouver Canucks, and they hold just about every record in franchise history. They also offered the unique dynamic of what some people call “twin telepathy”, essentially meaning they play so well together is seems like their communicating through thoughts.

When commissioner Gary Bettman called them onto the stage, they got a rousing reception from the Canucks faithful. It was announced that they would be forever immortalized in the rafters on the Canucks arena.

Needless to say, nobody was arguing the decision. The dedicated twins gave their heart and soul to the franchise, and now they’re being honoured for it.
