The Stanley Cup was in Toronto earlier this week as Devante Smith-Pelly brought the Cup back home to celebrate with friends and family.

The 26-year-old came up big for the Capitals in the playoffs multiple times in the playoffs, including in the biggest game of the series (Game 5) as he scored to tie the game late in the 3rd.

The Cup being in Toronto this week with him was another celebration of that goal and what he and his teammates accomplished.  Based on the pictures, Smith-Pelly, his family, and friends all had a great time.

That ice sculpture of Smith-Pelly lifting the Stanley Cup is absolutely epic.  It might not be as epic as this photo we're about to show you, but it's close:

Now that his day with the Cup is over, the focus now shifts to repeating as champions and celebrating again this time next year.
