After an intense 60-minute battle, Team Canada defeated Team Finland 4-2 in Buffalo on Tuesday night.

The game had it all, including a controversial goal to open the scoring and an incredible defensive play from blueliner Cal Foote in the third period.

Victory was within reach late in the third period and Canadian fans were thrilled their team managed to squeak by the talented Finns. With less than 10 seconds remaining in regulation, a couple of fans were caught with the most Canadian sign that took somewhat of a cheesy shot at their opposition. The trio were sitting in the front row, so the sign could be seen by most spectators in the arena.

Classic.

Other fans throughout the contest displayed some incredible support while others appeared to just be in attendance to have a good time. At least that’s what it looked like based on a moment captured late in the game.
