This Father-Son duo got to live a lifelong dream of playing football alongside his son

If you’re involved in sports one thing you dream of is having the ability to play with your kids. Many people reminisce on their old playing days dreaming of playing alongside their kids in organized sports.

A few duos have done it professionally such as Ken Griffey Jr. and Sr. who played together for the Mariners in 1990.

Gordie Howe also made history (surprise surprise) when him and his sons Mark and Marty skated on the same line for the Whalers in 1980.

This idea is far fetched for football but for 40-year-old John Karpinski, made it happen in a college football game with his son for Shasta College.

What a great moment for them, I’m sure it is a memory they won’t soon ever forget!
