If you’re a sports fan right now, there’s a lot of little things to celebrate.

While we’ve been without the regular sports we’re used to for three months, we’re finally seeing some evidence of their return.

Yesterday, the MLB took a huge step when all of their issues were settled, and it was announced that players would head to training camp for July 1st.

With this announcement also came a  101-page Operations Manual that outlined the changes and  safety protocols, and fans – specifically Phillies fans - have pointed out one  weird thing about them.

This info was passed along by Matt Breen, who happens to be the Phillies beat writer for The Philadelphia Inquirer. So you know exactly where he was going with this, and so did his followers, who were quick to respond.

Is this new rule a conspiracy theory to out the infamous Phanatic?

We don’t think so, but the idea of it is pretty funny.
