Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Tim Stutzle show.

Hockey fans were expecting big things from the 2020 third overall pick heading into the World Juniors and he’s been delivering the goods, despite Germany being severely undermanned. COVID-19 has thrown a serious wrench into the country’s lineup but their best players have still managed to step up, starting with the 18-year-old phenome. Stutzle recorded two goals and an apple and although his second required a bit of luck, the play he made to set himself up for the goal was BEAUTIFUL.

If you’re in to end-t0-end goals then you’re going to love this one. Guy was lookin’ like Bobby Orr out there!

Oh baby!

The game eventually went to OT, where the Germans were able to pick up a desperate win off of the stick of Mario Zimmermann. Stutzle, of course, made sure to pick up an assists on the play.

Germany plays Switzerland on Wednesday and would surely lock up a playoff spot with a win. If this team can get back to full health… it could do some damage.
