The hockey world is still working hard to do what they can to show support for the families affected by Friday’s tragedy involving the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s Humboldt Broncos and support is still coming in from across the country.

On Saturday night, both Edmonton Oilers head coach Todd McLellan and Calgary Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan shared heartfelt responses to the horrific incident, and on Sunday morning they were in Saskatoon to offer support to the community.

Oilers McLellan, Flames Gulutzan arrive in Saskatoon to offer support

McLellan and Gulutzan are both very familiar with the area, as the Oilers’ bench boss was born not too far away in Melville, Saskatchewan, while the Flames’ bench boss grew up in Northern Manitoba and played in the same league when he was younger.

As for Spotlight Sport & Corporate Wear Ltd., they’re selling the “We Are Humboldt Strong” shirts for $25 and are donating $20 from every sale to the families affected by the tragic accident.
