Life is never easy during the winter time for folks who live on the east coast, but the past week has been even more unforgiving than usual.

Sunday, the New England Patriots took to the field to face the New York Jets in frigid conditions with the thermometer reading -10 degrees Celsius, although it felt like -18 degrees and the 20 km/h winds didn't help.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has spent more than a decade in New England, but make no mistake, he's a California native and California is just a little bit warmer during the winter time. Ahead of Sunday's game, ESPN's Dianna Russini shared an image of the suit that Brady wore under his uniform in an attempt to stay warm.

Looks quite a bit like a wet suit that would traditionally be worn by divers and surfers, and it probably feels pretty warm. Just not as warm as Brady's old winter coat.
