Tony Parker played 1,198 games for the San Antonio Spurs over the course of 17 seasons and captured four NBA championships, an NBA Finals MVP and was named to six NBA All-Star Games. However, when he hits the hardwood at the AT&T Center on Monday night it’ll be the first time in his career that he’ll do so as a member of the visiting team.

The 36-year-old signed a two-year, $10 million deal with the Charlotte Hornets this past offseason after spending his entire career in a Spurs jersey, so you can bet his first game back in San Antonio is going to be an emotional one. As the Hornets guard took to the floor he was greeted by plenty of cheers and welcome back messages from the fans who showed up early and he got quite the surprise as he walked out to the sight of his family, who made the trip all the way from France.

Parker was clearly not expecting to see all of his brothers waiting courtside for him, but just another aspect that will make the night a tad more special for the former Spur.

In his 17 seasons with the Spurs, Parker scored 18,943 points to go along with 3,313 rebounds, 6,829 assists and 1,032 steals. So far this season he’s averaging 9.4 points, 3.8 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 37 games, all of which he’s come off the bench.
