As a result of the Jaguars putting an end to the Steelers’ season, Cincinnati Bengals fans have started to thank Blake Bortles for the recent win by donating money to his charity, the Blake Bortles Foundation.

According to First Coast News, more than 100 Bengals fans have donated towards Bortles’ charity and have raised nearly $5,000 so far.

“Fans are at the core of the football experience and it’s truly exciting and rewarding when they band together, regardless of the team they cheer for, to make a positive impact in the lives of others. I greatly appreciate the support displayed by Bengals fans and they should know their support will make a difference,” Bortles told First Coast News.

The Blake Bortles Foundation is dedicated to supporting first responders in Oviedo and Jacksonville, Florida, and also help children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead full lives.

A couple of weeks ago, Bills fans showed Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton a lot of love after he led the Bengals to a late victory over the Ravens to knock Baltimore out of a playoff spot by donating nearly $nearly $300,000 towards the AJD Foundation.
