The party is just getting underway in St. Louis as the Blues can finally call themselves Stanley Cup champions for the first time in franchise history.

Although the game was played over 1,100 kilometres away, there were still plenty of Blues fans in attendance including superfan Laila Anderson.

Anderson was surprised with tickets to Game 7 on Tuesday night and was in Boston ready to go to cheer on her Blues for puck drop. Not only did she get to witness history, but she got to join in on the post-game celebrations with the rest of the team.

The fact that the Blues invited her out to Boston for Game 7 was already an incredible gesture, but the fact that they brought the young fan onto the ice to kiss the Stanley Cup and hoist it above her head is the greatest moment from the entire night.

Even in the greatest moment of their career the players still found a way to make it about their fans. Absolutely incredible.
