Brad Marchand was at it again on Tuesday night. No, he did not stomp on any stick and no, he did not lick anyone either. But he did pull a fast one on Logan Couture after the two dropped the mitts at TD Garden.
The two superstars engaged in an… underwhelming fight that basically ended in the them hugging it out, but as fans noticed, Marchand wanted to get the last laugh. He was very clearly taking Couture’s glove until the official actually had to take it back and return it to the Sharks’ bench. It made for a pretty strange scene.
You just love to see it. Dude is just out there stirring the pot! Or maybe just collecting items for his Halloween costume?
About that fight… we were being serious about the whole hugging thing. It was probably one of the most awkward endings to a fight ever. Kind of reminded us of a certain scene from Step brothers…
Just another classic moment in the Brad Marchand book.
