The Toronto Raptors are sitting on top of the NBA standings but one of their latest victims still  isn’t convinced that they’re the league’s best.

Fresh off of a 113-101 loss to the Raps, some of the Boston Celtics felt like their team had more to give in the road defeat. With players such a Kyrie Irving, Jayson Tatum and Gordon Heyward (to name a few), the team has been touted by many as the favourite to come out of the inferior Eastern Conference. Veteran forward Marcus Morris opened up after the loss and insisted that Boston is “way more talented” than their Northern adversary.

Do you agree or disagree with #MarcusMorris?

Tell us how you really feel Marcus!

There’s definitely an argument to be made that the Celtics are tops in the East, but not everyone seems to agree with the 29-year-old. Sports Illustrated ranked the Raps #1 in their first power rankings of the 2018-19 season, a pretty high honour when you consider some of the powerhouses in the Western Conference.

The two squads are scheduled to meet in Boston on November 16, so that’s definitely one to mark in your calendar. At least we can all agree that the Raps have better fans?!

He really wore a Jackie moon jersey courtside 😂😂
