Even though Christmas is well over a month and a half away still, that hasn’t stopped Gritty from dressing up as Santa and terrorizing the Philly faithful.
During the Thursday night tilt between the Philadelphia Flyers and Arizona Coyotes, Gritty was out and about engaging with the fans at the Wells Fargo Cente.
Equipped with a mistletoe, wrapping paper, and of course, Mr. Clause’s outfit, the orange googly-eyed mascot was letting everyone know that the holiday season is on the horizon.
Gritty Claus even brought as present along, as he wished NBC Sports and TSN analyst Keith Jones a happy 50th birthday.
Prepare yourselves, hockey fans, because Gritty is bringing the heat this Christmas. Santa Clause, your job isn’t safe.
