Most people won’t know what it’s like to grow up with a famous dad. When some people are born, however, their father is already famous. This can lead to adorable moments of recognition when the kid realizes that the man on television is the man they know in real life so well.

Jeff Petry’s kid, Boyd, is at that age now. On Wednesday, during the national anthems ahead of a clash between Petry’s Montreal Canadiens and the Pittsburgh Penguins, Boyd had an adorable moment when he recognized his pops all suited up in Montreal’s white and red.

Yes it is, Boyd! The adorable moment of recognition is probably something that the young Canadiens fan can get used to as his old man has suited up in all 74 of Montreal’s games this year, and has managed to rack up 35 points from his familiar spot on the blueline.

The moment was similar to one that happened on Tuesday, when T.J. Oshie’s two daughters recognized their father in the form of a bobblehead. Although one of the daughters didn’t exactly have an endearing moment of recognition…

Who doesn’t love an adorable video of kids recognizing their fathers?
