So, it seems like everyone’s getting pretty heated over this Zack Kassian-Matthew Tkachuk squabble, yeah? A hilarious GoFundMe organized by Flames fans to put up a billboard of Tkachuk's face in Edmonton exceeded its goal by over a thousand dollars, meaning Oilers fans will be seeing more of his pretty mug soon.

In response... Oilers fans are donating to a local charity! A Twitter user named @SamInYEG challenged fans to make their own donations to a local organization in Kassian’s honour, Brown Bagging, that helps feed children in Calgary.

So far, over $6,000 has been raised.

Way to take the high road! The Tkachuk billboard in Edmonton is still going to be funny, no doubt, but you just can’t compare it to this. We think Flames fans are holding an L here.

It’s nice to see that some good has come out of Tkachuk turtling against Kassian, after all. And Kass is ready to do it all again!

@zkass09 is ready to play more “big boy hockey”. 🏒💪
