It’s pretty wild that Patrick Mahomes went 10th overall and wasn’t even the 1st quarterback selected in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Since taking over as the team’s starter in 2018, the Chiefs have made the AFC Championship every single year and are now heading to the Super Bowl for the second consecutive season thanks to the 2018 NFL MVP.

With Kansas City’s victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night, Mahomes joined an extremely short list as he became just the fourth quarterback to reach the Super Bowl twice in his first four years in the league.

Mahomes joins Kurt Warner, Russell Wilson and Tom Brady on the list, and if he can lead the Chiefs to back-to-back titles with a win over Brady he’ll join the Buccaneers quarterback as the only quarterbacks to win the Super Bowl twice in that four-year span.

It’s going to be a good one!
