Every player has a unique pre-game ritual.  Some are more detailed than others, but they're all unique in their own way.

With the playoffs beginning Wednesday night, players aren't about to change up their rituals and as per NHL.com, Jets fans now know what Patrik Laine will be doing and eating ahead of Game 1 against the Wild.

"The last, maybe three or four years, I eat ground beef and macaroni before the game. Only home games, because it's hard to find it on the road. But on game days at home, I eat it twice, lunch, supper," Laine said. "I put my pants on last. I even put my jersey on first. And I just play video games."

"I'm not going to change. I'm going to go with the same routine," Laine said. "I'm not going to do it because I'm superstitious, I like the food and I like video games, I do it because I like it and I've always done it."

Laine has talked about video games in the past, so it's no surprise he incorporates them into his pre-game routine.

The playing video games routine has been good to Laine as he scored 44 goals this season and video games were good to his team on Tuesday, too.
