Tristan Bérubé is currently in the middle of his second QMJHL season with the Gatineau Olympiques and he’s having an incredible bounce back year.

Last season, Bérubé appeared in 19 games with the Olympiques and posted a 4-5 record to go along with a 3.20 goals against average and a .902 save percentage. This year, the 18-year-old owns a 10-4-2 record to go along with a .923 save percentage and a league-best 2.11 goals against average.

Being one year older and having some experience under your belt certainly helps, but hew brand new mask might have helped him, too. This season, the La Pocatière, Quebec native is rocking one of the best looking masks in hockey and it’s going to be tough to find someone who disagrees.

This mask was designed by Sylvie Marsolais of SYLABRUSH and is an entire tribute to the Batman series.

If Bérubé can keep this up the rest of the season there’s a chance we will hear his name get called at next summer’s NHL Entry Draft.
