If there’s one sport that looks a lot easier than it actually is it’s curling.
Since the professionals making it look so simple no matter what stage they’re performing on, the game of curling takes some serious balance, precision and the right amount of grace (because you don’t want too much grace).
The sport gained some new fans throughout America during this year’s Winter Olympic Games, with a lot of that coming thanks to Matt Hamilton becoming a viral sensation.
Just the other day, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights’ offensive line put their curling skills to the test and tried the sport for the first time in their lives. As you can probably guess, they learned that it’s not as easy as it looks.
The guys seemed to get the hang of things by the time they were all said and done and even USA Curling likes what they saw out of the football players.
