Watching the NBA is going to feel strange this year, as long as LeBron James is rocking that Lakers uniform. So many greats have come through Los Angeles to play in the purple and gold, but still, it doesn’t feel right.
Maybe one day it will, and if nothing else, LeBron’s Laker tenure is off to a start, as he knocked down his first shot for Los Angeles. Playing against the Denver Nuggets in preseason action, he connected on a three-pointer from the logo.
Before that, LeBron also notched his first assist, slipping a nice little bounce pass to Brandon Ingram for a dunk.
Well, we still haven’t fully processed it, but things move on and LeBron is a Laker. It may still bother some, and it certainly has sparked some old LeBron and Kobe Bryant divides, but to those, well, LeBron only has one thing to say.
