Sidney Crosby is pretty much royalty but it turns out that he’s actually more relatable than you might think.

The 31-year-old called into Leafs Lunch today and gave fans a bit of insight into what he’s like off the ice. As it turns out, ‘The Kid’ is a huge NFL fan and is actually pretty into fantasy. He also made sure to share his thoughts on Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes' MVP caliber season.

Oh- and he happens to be a big OverDrive fan!

Crosby admits to being OverDrive fan, reveals how 'dialed in' he is to fantasy football

What a beauty!

For all of you fantasy footy fans, isn’t it gratifying to know that you’re not the only one who loafs on your coach all day on Sunday and do absolutely nothing with yourself other than refresh your matchup? We’d really love to know how the guy’s doing in his league and are curious to whether or not he went full blown homer by drafting all Steelrs players… Not like that’d be a bad choice or anything!

Crosby also made sure to answer a couple of hockey questions, most notably regarding the 2022 Winter Olympics. It’s pretty clear that Sid’s hoping to hit Beijing in four years.

#SidneyCrosby is hoping to make a return to the #WinterOlympics 👀
