Teemu Selanne is one of the greatest players to ever play in the NHL. Over the course of 1,451 regular season games, the seven-time NHL All-Star notched 684 goals (11th all-time) and 773 assists for 1,457 career points (13th all-time).

Although he hasn’t played in an NHL game in nearly four years, the game is still very close to the Helsinki, Finland native’s heart. On Monday, Selanne unveiled the concept for his new restaurant that is set to open this fall at the SteelCraft Garden Grove in Long Beach, California, and you can bet he’s got a hockey theme planned for it.

The restaurant will be known as ‘The Penalty Box’ and will basically be a kitchen that’s housed in a 40-by-8-foot cube cargo container. The menu will include hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, beverages and shakes, but they won’t be your typical items. The burgers will be short rib, sirloin and Wagyu beef, the hot dogs will be Kobe and all-beef, while the shakes will include house-made ice cream and “secret” items.

To top it all off, the burgers will be listed on the menu as ‘pucks’, the hot dogs will be listed as ‘sticks’ and the fries will be listed as ‘twigs’.
