Wayne Rooney used to be one of the most dangerous scorers in soccer. The former Manchester United star is 32-years-old, and he’s on his way across the pond as the newest member of a lowly D.C. United squad.

While Rooney is excited for a new beginning on the Black-and-Red, but that doesn’t mean he’s totally over how things ended for him in the English Premier League. In an interview with ESPN’s Taylor Twellman, Rooney expresses his unhappiness and confusion towards Everton’s position of not wanting to keep him on the team.
