Sunday night, history was made in Los Angeles as LAFC (Los Angeles FC) played its first ever home game.

The MLS expansion team is playing in its inaugural season and after starting the season on the road for the first six games, they finally had the chance to show off their skills at home with a big name watching.

In attendance for the game was Will Ferrell who's a part-owner of the team and ahead of the game, Ferrell channeled his inner Ron Burgundy to announce his team's starting lineup.

Champ Kind would definitely be proud.

Also, you have to love the shoutout to Canada thanks to Mark-Anthony Kaye, a 23-year-old from Toronto.

Thanks to that brilliant lineup introduction, the night got off to a great start and LAFC made sure the fans went home happy as they scored in stoppage time to beat Seattle 1-0 and improved to 5-2-0 on the season, good for second in the West.
